Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Executive with a strong focus on new business sales to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in sourcing, engaging, and converting prospects to customers with responsibility for the full sales cycle.
The ideal candidate will thrive on winning new business, be passionate about expanding our client base, and demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with prospective clients.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports to the CEO.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the intelligence, research, or consultancy sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Effective organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Competency with CRM systems and working closely with Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Fluent in English language.
