Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a driven and resourceful Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients. This role is pivotal in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and up-selling opportunities. This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main contact and trusted advisor.

  • Account Growth: Identify new opportunities within client accounts and proactively introduce additional services or products to meet clients’ evolving needs.

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of products or services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

  • Problem Resolution: Address client queries, concerns, and issues promptly, coordinating with relevant internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

  • Contract Management: Negotiate terms, renew contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve shared business objectives.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in account management with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Effective organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work to deadlines

  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.

  • Competence in using CRM software and working closely with Marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Fluent in English language.
