Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a driven and resourceful Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients. This role is pivotal in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and up-selling opportunities. This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main contact and trusted advisor.
Account Growth: Identify new opportunities within client accounts and proactively introduce additional services or products to meet clients’ evolving needs.
Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of products or services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Address client queries, concerns, and issues promptly, coordinating with relevant internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Contract Management: Negotiate terms, renew contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve shared business objectives.

Job requirements
Proven experience in account management with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Effective organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work to deadlines
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
Competence in using CRM software and working closely with Marketing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Fluent in English language.
